This patented Wellspring program provides 1-to-1 coaching that supports team members in developing their commitment to racial equity and intercultural competency. Your employees are thoughtfully paired with a Wellspring Racial Equity Growth Coach who will lead them through a 12-week curriculum, intended to deepen their working knowledge of how race, racism, and racial identity impact their workplace, their community, and their behaviors. In addition, staff members who identify as Black, Indigenous, or persons of color can match themselves with coaches with whom they share a racial affinity and other lived experiences and who can support them in navigating predominantly white workplaces that are learning to become anti-racist.
The Racial Equity Journey is a workshop series (conducted through both in-person and webinar settings) that is designed to provide accessible racial equity education to all our client’s current stakeholders within a three-week span.
The Wellspring Method Racial Equity Board Leadership facilitation is to help the organization’s board learn the tools and techniques necessary to serve as a governing body for your organization in overseeing the organization’s commitment to maintaining an anti-racist culture and racially equitable operations by providing strategic planning making values-based policy and practice recommendations and decisions, which determine board culture, diversity composition, and behaviors.
The Wellspring Method Racial Equity Small Group facilitation is designed to help create structure and implementation to your DEI Leadership advisory team as a “culture-carrying” entity within your organization, one that can consistently build consensus around behaviors and policies that will improve racial equity outcomes. The Leadership Advisory team serves as guideposts for implementing an anti-racism policy and practice innovations and change management within the organization.
